  • $80,000 salary

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the following essential functions:
    • Conduct necessary assessments for identifying skill gaps
    • Determine the learning scope and the required solutions with the application of a methodical instructional design process
    • Develop realistic and measurable learning objectives, engaging and learner-centered course contents, and interactive instructional materials
    • Evaluate current processes and continuously design better procedures and approaches
  • Perform other functions:
    • Maintain strong connections with business leaders
    • Secure all documentation and owned materials within the department’s shared drive
    • Load learning content into the company LMS
    • Troubleshoot technical problems
    • Available for emergency instructional activities
    • Continuously research best eLearning practices

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of technical experience in learning program development, learning experience design, or instructional design
  • A bachelor’s degree in design courses, related educational courses, or related corporate courses
  • A master’s degree in design courses, related educational courses, or related corporate courses
  • Certified in training and facilitation, instructional design (such as ATD Master Instructional Designer or Certified Professional in Talent Development), and Articulate 360
  • Expert in Microsoft Office tools and authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia Studio
  • Proficient in HTML and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop
